Our reception is the starting point of your piercing journey, designed to be a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our Front of the House (FOH), who will present the studio's philosophy and the flow of our service, ensuring you feel informed and secure from the very first moment to the last.
While you settle in, we provide beverages for a moment of pause, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the environment and the professionals, thus creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
This is also the ideal time to admire the carefully selected display cases showcasing our jewelry collection, where we guide the client to the best selection based on their preference and compatibility.
After the procedure, with all care instructions given by the piercers, we add some cultural information about piercing and daily life, sometimes sharing personal experiences.
