Our Dual Sterilization System
We use two autoclaves with different standards to optimize the process without compromising safety, meeting the strictest health protocols.

Process
The Detailed Sterilization Process
Cleaning and Decontamination: All instruments first go through a manual cleaning process and then through an Ultrasonic Cleaner to remove any microscopic residue.
Packaging: The items are sealed in specific surgical packaging, ensuring the maintenance of sterility for a long period (extended validity).
Cycle: Jewelry for the day's procedure is processed in the Statim (7 min). Auxiliary instrument packs are processed in the Large Volume Autoclave (40 min).
Rigorous Monitoring
Per Client Test (Statim): The safety of your jewelry is verified in real time. We perform a Chemical Test (Cycle Indicator) in the Statim for every client, proving the sterility of the jewelry moments before it is used.
Periodic Verification: In addition, both machines undergo periodic biological and chemical tests to prove sterilization effectiveness.
The choice of a dual system demonstrates our rigor: while the Statim guarantees agility and immediate sterilization of your jewelry, the large volume autoclave ensures that the entire working environment and support instrumentation follow the same standard of excellence.
